Booking the home energy audit (pre-renovation audit) for you.

An in-person meeting at your home to:

• Review results of the home energy audit
• Discuss retrofit recommendations and options (ie. which type of heat pump, energy sources such as solar and geothermal, battery backup options) including how to ensure optimized choices for your budget
• Provide schedule and timeframe expectations
• Provide an analysis of costs, rebates and financing available and potential savings that can be expected 
• Confirm next steps

Completing all applications for all rebates and /or loans on your behalf.

Acting as a General Contractor for the whole project, which could include:

• Coordinating bookings with all service providers that have already been vetted by NZAH
• Liaising between you and service providers to minimize disruption to the household while the work is being completed
• Providing advice on key decision points to maximize efficiency and quality of retrofit 
• Ensuring compliance with all requirements to maintain eligibility for loans and grants

Organizing the final post-renovation home energy audit after all work is complete.

Submitting any final documentation required to ensure all eligible grants and loans will be received. 

COST: 15% (+HST) of total work completed or $2,000 + HST  (whichever is greater). With a deposit of $1,000 + HST due upon signing of contract
